Call from Grup Yorum for the Court Hearing on June 3
The trial in which Merve Kurt, a detained Grup Yorum member and editor-in-chief of Tavır Magazine, and six other detained Grup Yorum members are being tried will take place on June 3. In a call issued by Grup Yorum, all media workers and the public are invited to attend the hearing at 10:00 a.m. on June 3 at the Çağlayan 13th High Criminal Court.
The arbitrary investigations targeting Grup Yorum—the people’s artists—and aimed at silencing Tavır Magazine, the people’s art magazine, must come to an end.
